Marketing Automation Specialist Job Description

Central Employment Agency is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join their expanding in-house Marketing & Commercial team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and optimising the use of our brand-new marketing automation platform to streamline marketing efforts and improve efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Automation Platform Management: Ensure seamless integration of marketing automation tools with CRM systems and other marketing technologies.
  2. Automated Workflows: Develop and manage automated workflows, moving leads through the sales funnel.
  3. Email Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement email marketing campaigns that align with business needs and lead generation objectives.
  4. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse the performance of email marketing campaigns and workflows to assess effectiveness and drive improvements.
  5. Marketing List Management: Segment and manage automated marketing lists to ensure targeted and personalised email campaigns.
  6. Data Analysis: Analyse customer data and behaviour to inform campaign strategies and identify opportunities for new campaigns and workflows.
  7. Data Quality: Maintain the integrity of marketing email lists by managing data quality, performing regular clean-ups, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  8. Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and apprenticeship teams to develop compelling and relevant content for automated marketing campaigns.
  9. Dynamic Content: Implement strategies for dynamic content and personalisation to enhance audience engagement and conversion rates.
  10. Marketing Automation Strategy: Develop and implement marketing automation strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth.

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of experience in email marketing or marketing automation
  2. Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, etc)
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
  5. Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and project management skills
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects

Location: Sunderland // Permanent
Up to £45,000 DOE

Location: West Midland // Permanent
Up to £55,000 DOE
