**Central Employment Agency** is seeking a highly skilled **Marketing Automation Specialist** to join their expanding in-house Marketing & Commercial team.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in email marketing, CRM, and workflow development, with a strong understanding of marketing automation tactics to drive conversions.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. **Optimize Marketing Efforts**: Manage and optimize the use of our brand-new marketing automation platform to streamline marketing efforts and improve efficiency.
  2. **Integrate Marketing Tools**: Ensure seamless integration of marketing automation tools with CRM systems and other marketing technologies.
  3. **Develop Automated Workflows**: Develop and manage automated workflows, moving leads through the sales funnel.
  4. **Create Targeted Email Campaigns**: Develop and implement email marketing campaigns that align with business needs and lead generation objectives.
  5. **Conduct A/B Testing**: Conduct A/B tests to optimize campaign performance, including subject lines, content, and call-to-action elements.
  6. **Analyze Campaign Performance**: Monitor and analyze the performance of email marketing campaigns and workflows to assess effectiveness and drive improvements.
  7. **Manage Marketing Lists**: Segment and manage automated marketing lists to ensure targeted and personalized email campaigns.
  8. **Inform Campaign Strategies**: Analyze customer data and behavior to inform campaign strategies and identify opportunities for new campaigns and workflows.
  9. **Maintain Data Quality**: Maintain the integrity of marketing email lists by managing data quality, performing regular clean-ups, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  10. **Collaborate with Teams**: Work closely with content, design, and apprenticeship teams to develop compelling and relevant content for automated marketing campaigns.
  11. **Implement Dynamic Content**: Implement strategies for dynamic content and personalization to enhance audience engagement and conversion rates.
  12. **Develop Marketing Automation Strategies**: Develop and implement marketing automation strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth.

**Requirements:**

  1. 3+ years of experience in email marketing or marketing automation
  2. Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, etc)
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
  5. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects

**Salary:** Up to £45,000 DOE

**Location:** Sunderland, West Midlands
