Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our expanding in-house Marketing & Commercial team. As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our brand-new marketing automation platform to streamline marketing efforts and improve efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Automation Platform Management: Ensure seamless integration of marketing automation tools with CRM systems and other marketing technologies.
  • Automated Workflows: Develop and manage automated workflows, moving leads through the sales funnel.
  • Email Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement email marketing campaigns that align with business needs and lead generation objectives.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of email marketing campaigns and workflows to assess effectiveness and drive improvements.
  • Segmentation and Data Management: Segment and manage automated marketing lists to ensure targeted and personalized email campaigns.
  • Customer Data Analysis: Analyze customer data and behavior to inform campaign strategies and identify opportunities for new campaigns and workflows.
  • Data Quality and Compliance: Maintain the integrity of marketing email lists by managing data quality, performing regular clean-ups, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Collaboration and Content Development: Work closely with content, design, and apprenticeship teams to develop compelling and relevant content for automated marketing campaigns.
  • Dynamic Content and Personalization: Implement strategies for dynamic content and personalization to enhance audience engagement and conversion rates.
  • Marketing Automation Strategies: Develop and implement marketing automation strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in email marketing or marketing automation
  • Marketing Automation Platforms: Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, etc)
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects
