Marketing Automation Specialist

Central Employment Agency is partnering with a leading Learning and Development provider to find a skilled Marketing Automation Specialist. This role is a great opportunity for a data-savvy professional to join a progressive in-house Marketing & Commercial team.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Optimize the use of marketing automation platforms to streamline marketing efforts and improve efficiency.
  2. Ensure seamless integration of marketing automation tools with CRM systems and other marketing technologies.
  3. Develop and manage automated workflows to move leads through the sales funnel.
  4. Design and implement email marketing campaigns that align with business needs and lead generation objectives.
  5. Conduct A/B tests to optimize campaign performance, including subject lines, content, and call-to-action elements.
  6. Monitor and analyze the performance of email marketing campaigns and workflows to assess effectiveness and drive improvements.
  7. Segment and manage automated marketing lists to ensure targeted and personalized email campaigns.
  8. Analyze customer data and behavior to inform campaign strategies and identify opportunities for new campaigns and workflows.
  9. Maintain the integrity of marketing email lists by managing data quality, performing regular clean-ups, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  10. Collaborate with content, design, and apprenticeship teams to develop compelling and relevant content for automated marketing campaigns.
  11. Implement strategies for dynamic content and personalization to enhance audience engagement and conversion rates.
  12. Develop and implement marketing automation strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth.
Requirements:
  1. 3+ years of experience in email marketing or marketing automation.
  2. Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, etc).
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  5. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.

Location: Sunderland, West Midlands
Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE, Up to £55,000 DOE
