Job Description

Baltic Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing automation strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Automation Platform Management:
    • Manage and optimize the use of our marketing automation platform to streamline marketing efforts and improve efficiency.
    • Ensure seamless integration of marketing automation tools with CRM systems and other marketing technologies.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns that align with business needs and lead generation objectives.
    • Conduct A/B tests to optimize campaign performance, including subject lines, content, and call-to-action elements.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of email marketing campaigns and workflows to assess effectiveness and drive improvements.
  • Data Management:
    • Segment and manage automated marketing lists to ensure targeted and personalized email campaigns.
    • Analyze customer data and behavior to inform campaign strategies and identify opportunities for new campaigns and workflows.
    • Maintain the integrity of marketing email lists by managing data quality, performing regular clean-ups, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Content Development:
    • Work closely with content, design, and marketing teams to develop compelling and relevant content for automated marketing campaigns.
    • Implement strategies for dynamic content and personalization to enhance audience engagement and conversion rates.
  • Strategy and Optimization:
    • Develop and implement marketing automation strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation enhancements to optimize marketing efforts and drive efficiencies.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in marketing automation to ensure we remain competitive.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing or marketing automation
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects
  • Knowledge of IT & Digital apprenticeships
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Basic graphic design skills and proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
What We Offer
  • Salary: £35,000 per annum (DOE), inclusive of team incentives and bonus scheme
  • Location: Darlington (hybrid potential following successful probationary period)
