About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Reception/Undergraduate Medicine Coordinator at Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Reception Team and coordinate reception provision to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Support the co-ordination of the Reception Team and enable the work of the CCE Team in delivering the Trust Education and Development Strategic Plan.
  • Attend relevant meetings, minute decisions and actions, and ensure resources are deployed efficiently to achieve the plan's objectives.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above (or equivalent).
  • Experience of training and skills with 'universal' IT tools such as Microsoft Word, spreadsheets, and emails.
  • Previous reception experience and administrative work for any organization, including collaboration with partners and supporting a manager or leader.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload.
