Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Coordinator. This role will provide administrative support to the Reception Team and enable the work of the CCE Team in delivering the Trust Education and Development Strategic Plan.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the Reception Team and coordinate reception provision
  • Support annual internal and external reporting
  • Attend relevant meetings and minute decisions and actions
  • Ensure resources are deployed efficiently to achieve the wider aims of the plan

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • Experience of training and skills with 'universal' IT tools such as Microsoft Word, spreadsheets, and emails
  • Previous reception experience and administrative work for any organization that includes collaboration with partners and supporting a manager or leader
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • Any other qualification certifying competence in business administration or business management
  • Previous work within the NHS and experience of dealing with the general public
  • Working as part of a multidisciplinary team including clinicians and evidence of ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure
