Director, Global Brand Strategy - Maternity Cover

Job Description

We are seeking a visionary brand builder to lead brand-based decision making throughout the organization. As a strategic brand leader, you will support the Global Brand team in making data-driven decisions that will guide the growth of the business. By driving critical transformational projects, you will help define and drive the LEGO brand.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Brand Mastermind: Be the brand effectiveness leader in The LEGO Group. Work with insights and marketing performance to clarify brand challenges and clarify the narrative of brand + business. Identify and champion the key performance indicators for overall brand health and efficiency, globally. Develop insight/strategy reports to aid brand resourcing and decision making with the ELT and Board.
  2. Brand Evangelist: Consult, influence and convert the organization into true believers on the power of Brand and its ability to grow the business. Embed brand strategy into the business unit plans across the organization. Enable company-wide brand action by owning the brand consultation process and socialization of insights & learnings.
  3. Seasoned Leader: Guide decision making process with senior leadership by directing the important conversations and ensuring clarity of insights supported by data. Navigate a complex matrix, create allies and grow internal partnerships to ensure brand values are adopted across the organization.
  4. Active Collaborator: Partner with other directors in global brand to drive a holistic, enterprise-wide brand narrative. Ensure cohesion from brand objectives to brand plans to in-market execution. Energetic curiosity is core to who we are at the LEGO Group. You should also be a champion of diversity in thought and perspective.
