Change Grow Live is a charity dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of our service users. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with individuals who are subject to ATR and DRR Court Orders. As a Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering psychosocial interventions to reduce disengagement, harm, and associated criminality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver interventions to reduce harm and associated criminality
  • Assess suitability for CSTR in Court and over the telephone with Probation
  • Provide screening, assessment, and recovery planning and onward referral
  • Reduce drug and alcohol-related harm to service users and the wider community
  • Promote carer, service user, and community involvement
  • Provide advocacy for access to partnership services
  • Support social (re)integration, enabling service users to lead meaningful and purposeful lives
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of substance misuse issues and experience of working in a similar field
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
  • Proactive and able to work on own initiative with excellent time management and prioritizing skills
  • Good working knowledge of mental health interventions, services, and good practice
  • Supportive team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage change successfully and prioritize service user needs
  • Understanding of information governance processes and commitment to follow necessary safeguards
