Service Recovery Specialist

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Service Recovery Specialist, where you will play a vital role in supporting service users on their recovery journey.
About You:
We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of substance misuse issues and experience of working within a similar field. You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively with groups and individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support service users on their recovery journey, providing screening, assessment, and recovery planning.
- Work with service users to reduce drug and alcohol related harm and promote carer, service user, and community involvement.
- Provide advocacy for access to partnership services and support social (re)integration.
- Deliver structured content within group settings and engage with debriefing and evaluations.
- Tailor specific workshops around the needs of the service users.
