Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Duty Manager to join our team at Premier Inn in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a winning partnership between our leadership and housekeeping teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hotel Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the hotel experience are welcoming, safe, and brilliant.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Partnership Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with our leadership and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
