About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Systems Analyst to join our Corporate IT & Enterprise Infrastructure department at System C. As a key member of our Business Systems team, you will play a vital role in supporting various partners across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Development and Maintenance: Collaborate with our team to design, develop, implement, and maintain our business systems, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our organisation.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilise your analytical skills to identify trends and create insightful reports, dashboards, and visualisations using Power BI, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in thorough system testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements and adhere to regulatory standards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand their needs, offer support, and build strong working relationships.
  • Documentation: Accurately document processes, decision points, and data flows for both existing and new systems, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and continuity.
