Position Overview:
As an Art Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective art education to small groups of learners. Your role will involve collaborating with management and fellow staff to understand the curriculum and tailor learning experiences to meet individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide instructional support to prison-based learners, fostering their artistic skills and personal development.
- Develop and implement training plans that align with learners' long-term goals and aspirations.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality courses that motivate and engage students.

Qualifications Required:
- A recognized qualification in Art.
- Extensive experience in the field of art education.
- Proven track record in delivering training effectively.
- A teaching or assessing qualification is advantageous.
- Ability to employ diverse training methods to engage learners and adapt to various subjects.

If you do not currently possess a teaching or assessing qualification, we offer support to help you achieve the necessary credentials during your initial period with us.
