Job Summary

Creative Crowd Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing visual communications that effectively convey the firm's message to its audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop creative concepts and designs for various projects, including event email campaigns, event program materials, and promotional giveaways.
  • Collaborate with designers, production artists, content writers, and design supervisors to ensure project success.
  • Consult with lawyers and supervisors to evaluate individual project needs and ensure consistency of design.
  • Coordinate production activities, including preparation of time estimates and final document preparation.
  • Review all art and graphics for consistency of design and perform quality checks for spelling, format, and style.
  • Render computer-generated drawings and graphics, and modify existing clip art, digital images, and layout according to specifications.
  • Work in the firm's email marketing software to upload graphic design files and ensure graphics and links function correctly.
  • Format marketing materials as needed and complete other projects assigned by the firm.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of graphic design, typography for both print and digital media.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience manipulating/integrating graphics from spreadsheet or presentation applications for projects ranging from small proposals to large complex efforts with extensive graphics.
  • Portfolio of work, both in print and digital form.
  • Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Adobe Dreamweaver is a bonus but not essential.
  • Experience with email marketing software such as Vuture or a similar program.
  • Knowledge of the rendering of content for the internet and HTML 5 compliancy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with print techniques including offset and digital production processes, and various stocks.
  • Ability to work within design templates and translate design concepts into finished work product.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 5+ years of experience manipulating/integrating graphics from spreadsheet or presentation applications for projects ranging from small proposals to large complex efforts with extensive graphics.
