About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Training: Deliver martial arts classes to students of all ages and skill levels, providing expert instruction and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
  • Curriculum Development: Assist in the development and implementation of our martial arts curriculum, ensuring that it is engaging, challenging, and aligned with our organization's values and mission.
  • Student Progression: Monitor and support the progress of our students, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them improve their skills and achieve their goals.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team of instructors and staff to ensure that our students receive a high-quality training experience, and that our organization is operating efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Martial Arts Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in martial arts, with a strong background in teaching and training.
