Arts Programme Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the creation and delivery of our arts programme, ensuring our work is visible and engaging to local, national, and international audiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a strategic plan for the arts programme, aligning with the organization's mission and goals.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with local, national, and international organizations to enhance the programme's impact and reach.
- Lead a team of creative professionals to design and deliver innovative and engaging arts projects.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and politicians to advance the organization's strategic objectives.
- Communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including artists, community groups, and funders.
- Proven experience in managing complex public-facing creative programmes, with a strong track record of innovation and impact.
- Expertise in audience development, including diversification and strategic planning for marketing and communications.
- Strong financial management skills, including income generation from trusts and foundations.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with senior leaders, politicians, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
