Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Contemporary dance instructor to join our team at Hollywood Performing Arts. As a Dance Coach, you will play a key role in helping our students develop their skills and techniques in contemporary dance.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct dance lessons in various styles, including contemporary, modern, and jazz

- Instruct students on proper dance techniques, movements, and routines, providing constructive feedback to help them improve their skills

- Create choreography for performances and events, working closely with our production team

- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment

Requirements and Qualifications

- Professional training in dance with certifications preferred

- Strong knowledge of contemporary dance and its various styles

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students

- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles and needs
