About the Role

As a Dance Instructor, you'll be responsible for leading fun and energetic dance aerobic workouts that build stamina, de-stress, and help to tone and condition. You'll work with a dynamic team to create an engaging and motivating environment for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver dance aerobic workouts that cater to different fitness levels
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of various dance styles and genres
  • Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for members
  • Contribute to the development of new programs and initiatives to enhance the member experience
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • A passion for fitness and dance
  • An NVQ level 2 in fitness or ETM
  • A recognised Dance qualification or equivalent in professional experience
  • A dynamic personality to motivate and teach participants
