We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Martial Arts Instructor to join our team at Ryu-Kai Martial Arts. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading classes, teaching and mentoring students, and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead classes of children and adults, teaching and mentoring students to help them achieve their goals and improve their techniques.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives to enhance the student experience.
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to ensure a positive and safe learning environment for all students.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and best practices in Martial Arts.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Martial Arts, ideally with a strong background in boxing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students of all ages and skill levels.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
  • English language proficiency, with French, Chinese, and Russian languages a plus.
