  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Lead a team of designers and artists, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure projects are completed within budget and to the highest standard.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the creative industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with project management tools and software.
