Position: Account/Project Coordinator – German Speaking

Compensation:
Approximately £32,000 to £42,000 based on experience, along with benefits and growth opportunities.

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid model: 2 days remote, 3 days in the office.

As an Account/Project Coordinator - German Speaking, you will oversee the administration and management of your designated German accounts and projects under the mentorship of an Account Director. This role necessitates exceptional communication abilities in both German and English.

By acting as a liaison between the client, Account Director, and the internal design, artwork, and production teams, you will ensure that projects are executed seamlessly and within stringent timelines.

It is crucial to thrive in a dynamic environment while managing multiple projects, supporting the Account Director, and fostering significant client relationships.

You will be accountable for the administration and operation of the German accounts/projects, nurturing long-term client relationships, and assisting the Account Director in cultivating robust internal relationships across the organization.


  • Take ownership of and manage complete projects (with guidance from the Account Director) from the initial client brief to securing approval from the Quality Control team for project release, collaborating closely with the internal Design and Artwork teams to facilitate the production of packaging for clients.
  • Ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards and within deadlines, promptly notifying the Account Director of any issues. Manage conflicting deadlines to recognize and plan for shifting priorities.
  • Communicate with clients in a professional manner, fostering client relationships that inspire trust and confidence in the organization.
  • Maintain high standards of verbal and written communication in both German and English.
  • Ensure the accuracy and precision of all work by continuously verifying details against the client brief, brand guidelines, and/or style guides.
  • Analyze, comprehend, question, and challenge client briefings, seeking support from the Account Director for more complex briefs.
  • Draft briefings for internal design, photoshoot, and digital artwork projects.
  • Brief the design or artwork team on specific projects.
  • Proofread your designs and artworks.
  • Ensure compliance of your projects with all current client design and artwork guidelines.
  • Keep comprehensive records of all live projects and provide a complete status update on each project at any time.
  • Assist in managing the budgets for all projects.
  • Ensure timely invoicing of all projects in accordance with company timelines.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in account/project management is required.
* Proficiency in writing and speaking German at an 'A' Level or professional level is essential; prior experience in a creative environment is preferred.

  • Ability to manage the financial aspects of projects to ensure profitability and timely delivery.
  • Capability to coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced setting, demonstrating self-motivation, efficiency, and exceptional organizational skills is vital.
