About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at Tjarks and Tjarks Design Group. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of projects and providing exceptional support to our Senior Account/Project Managers and Account Directors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the administration of multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Provide support to the Client Services department, including organizing proofs, packshots, sample shootings, and coordinating Account Managers' mailboxes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, building strong relationships and ensuring trust and confidence in our company.
  • Liaise with the Studio Manager, Design, and Artwork departments to schedule jobs for production and ensure adequate notice is given.
  • Analyze, understand, question, and challenge client briefings to ensure accurate project execution.
  • Assist in writing briefings for internal design, photoshoot, and digital artwork projects.
  • Attend briefs to the design or artwork team on individual projects as required.
  • Effectively manage the timing and execution of the internal design and artwork process.
  • Organize photoshoots, get quotations, book photographers and home economists, and source product samples as needed.
  • Proof-read all designs and artworks to ensure brand consistency across the product range.
  • Ensure that projects comply with all current client design and artwork guidelines.
  • Keep track of all live projects and provide a full account of the status of each project at any given time.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to manage client expectations and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Assist with the preparation of invoicing with the Client Services Department.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' strong administration or project experience.
  • Fluency in German language skills.
  • Project management experience in the creative/branding industry is advantageous.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and managing spreadsheets are essential.
  • Experience in other MS Office packages (Outlook/Word) is required.
  • Ability to balance and own workload.
  • Flexibility and ability to coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
