Job Description

Job Title: Project Management Coordinator - German Language Skills

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Management Coordinator to join our team at Tjarks and Tjarks Design Group. The successful candidate will have excellent German language skills and experience in project administration, with a strong background in the creative and branding industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Senior Account/Project Managers and Account Directors in all administration duties to ensure the smooth running of projects.
  • Organize proofs, packshots, sample shootings, couriers, and assist with quotes.
  • Set up jobs on Traffic (internal system) and coordinate Account Managers' mailboxes in absences.
  • Ensure projects are completed to the highest standard and to deadline.
  • Communicate with clients professionally, building client relationships to inspire trust and confidence in the Company.
  • Assist in writing briefings for internal design, photoshoot, and digital artwork projects.
  • Attend briefs to the design or artwork team on individual projects as required.
  • Proof-read all designs and artworks, ensuring brand consistency across the product range.
  • Learn to ensure that projects comply with all current client design and artwork guidelines.
  • Keep full track of all live projects and be able to give a full account of the status of each project at any given time.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to manage client expectations and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Assist with the preparation of invoicing with the Client Services Department as required.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' strong administration or project experience.
  • Fluency in German language skills.
  • Project management experience in the creative/branding industry is advantageous.
  • Advanced in Excel and managing spreadsheets is essential.
  • Experience in other MS Office packages (Outlook/Word).
  • Flexible and able to coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills:

  • Effective project manager, able to manage workload.
  • Demonstrates initiative, is creative, and contributes ideas.
  • Flexible, adaptable, calm while working under pressure.
