Job Title: 3D CAD Coordinator - Fabrication Expert

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled 3D CAD Coordinator to join our team at RGB Network. As a 3D CAD Coordinator, you will be responsible for collaborating with design and engineering teams to ensure that MEP systems are designed, modelled, and coordinated effectively using CADMEP software.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure that MEP systems are designed, modelled, and coordinated effectively using CADMEP software.
* Lead and participate in coordination meetings to identify and resolve design conflicts between different trades (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
* Ensure all MEP designs meet project specifications and standards.
* Maintain accurate records of all fabrication models, drawings, and design documents.
* Prepare reports on model completion, fabrication timelines, and design issues for management review.
* Assist in creating and updating CADMEP templates and standards to improve efficiency and consistency.

Requirements:

* Strong knowledge of CADMEP software and its applications.
