About Us: Tjarks and Tjarks Design Group is a leading international organization with 30 years of experience in designing and producing brands that win at the retail shelf.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to assist a Senior Account/Project Manager or Account Director in all administration duties, ensuring the smooth running of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize proofs, packshots, sample shootings, couriers, and assist with quotes.
- Set up jobs on Traffic (internal system) and coordinate Account Managers' mailboxes in absences.
- Assist in ensuring projects are completed to the highest standard and to deadline.
- Communicate with clients professionally, building client relationships to inspire trust and confidence in the Company.
- Assist in writing briefings for internal design, photoshoot, and digital artwork projects.
- Attend briefs to the design or artwork team on individual projects as required.
- Proof-read all designs and artworks you are assisting with, while learning to ensure brand consistency across the product range.
- Learn to ensure that projects comply with all current client design and artwork guidelines.
- Keep full track of all live projects you are assisting on and be able to give a full account of the status of each project at any given time.
- Work closely with the Account Managers to enable you to manage client expectations and make sure that all deadlines are met.
- Assist with the preparation of invoicing with the Client Services Department as required to ensure all projects are invoiced promptly and within company timelines.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' strong administration or project experience.
- Fluency in German language skills.
- Project management experience in the creative/branding industry is advantageous.
- Advanced in Excel and managing spreadsheets is essential.
- Experience in other MS Office packages (Outlook/Word).
- Flexible and able to coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
