About the Role

Parkinson's Connect is the formal referral pathway for people newly diagnosed with Parkinson's, and those who love and care for them. As a Digital Experience Manager, you will be responsible for improving the digital experience for users, ensuring that from the moment a person is diagnosed with Parkinson's, they can be connected to our support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize the Parkinson's Connect product, building strong, collaborative, and effective working relationships to scale its use.
  • Evolving the strategy for Parkinson's Connect, including designing and monitoring impact measures and embedding a robust operating model.
  • Working closely with the NHS and internal colleagues to build networks and cultivate relationships that support adoption and awareness of Parkinson's Connect.
  • Collaborating with community, content, and user experience colleagues and other stakeholders to create a roadmap for the Parkinson's Connect product that aligns with our organization's goals.
  • Using user-centred design and data-driven decision-making to ensure product development is appropriately informed at every life cycle stage.
  • Working with other specialists, including project managers, business analysts, and QA professionals, to ensure the product is developed in alignment with change projects, when applicable.

Requirements

  • Experience in product management and agile practice.
  • Experience in product delivery, including user story creation, prioritization, and end-user testing.
  • An improvement and user-centred mindset and experience of using data and insight to evaluate impact.
