The Advocate Group is proud to be exclusively partnered with a leading home interior specialist to support the search for an exceptional leader to join as Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the management of manufacturing facilities and showrooms, ensuring they remain safe, efficient, and productive environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operation of sites, including equipment, infrastructure, and utilities.
  • Liaise with and manage all external facilities contractors.
  • Develop and execute strategies for facility improvements and maintenance schedules, as well as reactive damage control.
  • Overall management of company car fleet.


Requirements:

  • Experience in a multi-site facility management role.
  • Confident in working independently and providing expertise to colleagues in the business.
  • Flexible, and happy to have a varied work week.
  • Knowledge of ISO 41001.
