Foundation Recruitment is collaborating exclusively with Praxis, a leading Real Estate Investor, landlord, and operator of retail and commercial property, to recruit a Head of Facilities Management. This strategic role involves overseeing an extensive business space portfolio of approximately 50 buildings across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a commercial FM team of Regional Facilities Managers (RFMs) across a national portfolio, ensuring effective communication and performance.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the portfolio, focusing on hard services and technical projects.
  • Provide M&E strategies to align with the company-wide ESG strategies and operational delivery with the Praxis business plan, in coordination with Asset Managers.
  • Maintain direct communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Perform regular site visits to maintain an on-site presence and support RFMs to ensure delivery of KPIs and objectives.
