About the Role

Henderson Scott is seeking a highly skilled Docusign Subject Matter Expert (SME) to fill the position of Customer Support Architect. This key role will play a crucial part in supporting the global Docusign adoption by providing expert-level support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Daily Inquiries and Support Requests: Respond to and resolve Docusign-related issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee New Account Setups and Configurations: Ensure seamless onboarding of new customers, including setup and configuration of Docusign accounts and integrations.
  • Troubleshoot Complex Issues: Investigate and resolve technical issues related to existing accounts, entitlements, envelopes, and integrations.
  • Configure and Manage Users, Groups, and Templates: Set up and manage user permissions, groups, templates, reports, integrations, security settings, and approval processes.
  • Ensure Smooth Integration with Other Applications: Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration with other applications and platforms.
Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience in Docusign Development or Operational Support: Proven track record of working with Docusign, including development, implementation, and support.
  • Proven Background in Software Development or Engineering: Strong foundation in software development, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Configuration Tasks: Ability to configure users, groups, templates, reports, integrations, security settings, and approval processes.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex issues and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Ability to Manage Multiple Projects: Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently through all phases of the project life cycle.
  • Strong Negotiation, Influencing, and Stakeholder Management Abilities: Ability to negotiate, influence, and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Organized and Interpersonally Skilled: Strong organizational skills, with excellent interpersonal skills and a professional approach.
  • Flexibility to Work Independently or as Part of a Team: Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Desirable: Experience with Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud technologies, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
