About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team at Genpact. As a Principal Consultant for Digital Solutions, you will play a key role in driving the adoption of e-signature technology and digital workflow processes, including the DocuSign initiative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Digital Transformation: Develop and implement a framework of expertise in e-signature and digital transformation to drive business objectives and ensure operational readiness.
  • Partner with Stakeholders: Collaborate with businesses and technology units to gather and document business processes and requirements, ensuring all key considerations are fully understood.
  • Lead Digital Process Improvement: Provide SME-level leadership and support to cross-functional teams to identify and resolve problems, and facilitate user trainings.
  • Manage Digital Projects: Aid in preparing and reviewing standard project/program progress reporting, and ensure all documentation is up-to-date on Jive and Sharepoint.
Requirements
  • Education: BE/B Tech/MCA degree
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience: Prior experience with DocuSign in development or operations/support capacity, and relevant professional experience as a software developer/engineer or application/platform developer.
  • Technical Skills: Expert in configuration, strong communication skills, good customer service skills, and experience managing multiple projects.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, good negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, organized, and excellent interpersonal skills.
