**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Management Office Coordinator to join our team at identifi Global Resources. As a key member of our project team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating various actions across workstreams, relating to our office relocation program.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in coordinating the office relocation program, working closely with internal project team colleagues and diverse stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with the landlord and managing agent, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Work with representatives from Property and Workplace, Communications, Technology, and Change Management to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support the Project Director in achieving project objectives.
- Develop and maintain a PMO document governance system, as well as programme and project-level controls.
**Requirements**
- Full lifecycle experience in a PMO role, with a proven track record of maintaining working relationships at management level.
- Relevant practitioner-level project management professional accreditation, such as P3O, PRINCE2, or MSP.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent academic credit, with a strong understanding of MS Excel, Project, and other relevant software.
- Experience working in professional or financial services, with a strong knowledge of DMS concepts and experience with I-Manage.
- Ability to work on an office relocation project, with a strong understanding of programme and project-level controls.
