They manage a nationwide network of individuals, businesses, and media partners to aid in the search for the approximately 170,000 individuals who go missing annually.

Role Overview:
As the Corporate Partnerships Lead – Maternity Cover, you will be instrumental in guiding and managing your team to cultivate new business opportunities, establish relationships with prospective partners, engage in effective proposal writing, ensure quality account management by team members, and inspire long-term financial support for the charity.

In addition to developing new business, you will oversee a portfolio of prominent corporate partnership accounts across diverse sectors, including a growing focus on the transport industry.

By enhancing the corporate partner experience, you will drive engagement and contribute to achieving fundraising objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your Corporate Partnerships fundraising expertise to assist the charity in meeting its fundraising targets as it expands its initiatives in alignment with its strategic goals.
- Develop and monitor the execution of fundraising strategies, budgets, and operational plans.

- Strong networking abilities and capacity to build relationships with individuals at all levels.
- Proficiency in developing and advancing new projects and initiatives, whether leading or collaborating with colleagues.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including presentation capabilities.
