About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Director of Analytics to join our team at CLevelCrossing. This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in driving the development and execution of our global analytics strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with senior leadership to determine and prioritize analytics strategies that drive business growth and improvement.
  2. Lead the development and deployment of advanced analytics solutions that provide actionable insights and drive business outcomes.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT, and other functional teams.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and identify opportunities to leverage these in our analytics strategy.
  5. Develop and manage a high-performing analytics team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in a leadership role, with a strong track record of driving business growth and improvement through analytics.
  2. Deep understanding of advanced analytics techniques, including machine learning, predictive modeling, and data visualization.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  4. Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
