We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Director of Analytics to join our team at CLevelCrossing. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of strategic global initiatives that enable differentiated outcomes for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to determine and prioritize analytics strategies.
- Participate in the management of risks that may adversely affect the business, interests, or reputation of our organization.
- Develop and deploy an Industry Exposure Database to support business decision-making.
- Provide support around Cat Modelling integration and catastrophe modelling.
- Utilize vendor models (such as Impact Forecasting, RMS, and Verisk) to inform business strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with market requirements around event response, focusing on both hazard and vulnerability.
- Balance strategic needs with delivering operational objectives, demonstrating a commercial mind-set.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in analytics and leadership. You will have a deep understanding of business needs, excellent stakeholder and client relationship-building skills, and the ability to balance local with global requirements.
