Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive delivery, account management, and client relationships to achieve business growth.
  • Develop and implement cutting-edge data science solutions to address complex business problems across various industries.
  • Lead a team of data and analytics professionals, collaborating with key client stakeholders to define business problems and determine solution requirements.
  • Present business value through solutions that meet strategic, operational, and tactical objectives, and make executive presentations.
  • Scale pilots/POCs to long-term transformative programs and deliver continuous business value.
  • Collaborate with client business stakeholders to understand key business questions, challenges, and information needs, and develop an analytics roadmap that identifies and prioritizes key analytics use cases for execution.
  • Work with sales leaders to create compelling POVs and proposals to win new logos and drive growth in existing clients.
Requirements:
  • 14-18 years of experience in delivering advanced analytics-based consulting services to clients.
  • Proven track record of managing large accounts and driving account growth.
  • Ability to engage with CXO and VP/Director level stakeholders from client teams and internal remote teams to define business problems and construct solution approaches.
  • Ability to select appropriate analytic methods, analyze pros-and-cons, and articulate choices to technical and business audiences.
  • Experience as a hands-on contributor or leading a team to develop multiple advanced analytics solutions and generate business value.
  • Experience with open-source analytic tools such as R and Python, and exposure to accessing data from cloud platforms and big data systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with global teams, playing a lead role in communicating client business problem context to remote teams and leveraging them effectively in execution.
  • Open to travel (up to 50%) across the United States.
  • Education Qualification - Bachelor's or higher degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
