An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Compensation and Benefits Global Mobility Advisor within a dynamic and rapidly growing work environment.

As an integral member of the HR team, you will be pivotal in crafting, executing, and overseeing compensation and benefits initiatives, while also facilitating global mobility programs for Fortescue WAE.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute innovative compensation and benefits frameworks that resonate with the company's strategic goals and core values.
  • Oversee the management of compensation and benefits initiatives, including salary assessments, incentive structures, and employee rewards.
  • Perform regular evaluations of compensation and benefits metrics to ensure alignment with industry benchmarks and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to offer insights on compensation and benefits-related issues.
  • Assist in global mobility efforts by coordinating international assignments, expatriate benefits, and relocation assistance.
  • Remain updated on industry developments and best practices in compensation, benefits, and global mobility to foster ongoing enhancement.
  • Work in conjunction with our Head Office to leverage support and resources that can be utilized across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • A degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing compensation and benefits programs.
  • Familiarity with global mobility practices is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to interpret complex data for informed decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams.
  • Awareness of pertinent laws and regulations governing compensation, benefits, and global mobility.
  • Professional certification in compensation and benefits (e.g., CCP, CBP) is a plus.
