An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Rewards, Benefits, and Global Mobility Consultant within a dynamic and rapidly growing environment.

As an integral member of the Human Resources team, you will be pivotal in crafting, executing, and overseeing compensation and benefits initiatives, alongside facilitating global mobility programs for Fortescue ZERO.

Develop and execute forward-thinking compensation and benefits strategies that resonate with the company's objectives and core values.

  • Oversee the management of compensation and benefits initiatives, including salary assessments, incentive structures, and employee rewards.
  • Perform regular evaluations of compensation and benefits metrics to ensure alignment with industry standards and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to offer insights on compensation and benefits-related issues.
  • Assist in global mobility efforts by managing international assignments, expatriate benefits, and relocation assistance.
  • Remain updated on industry developments and best practices in compensation, benefits, and global mobility to foster ongoing enhancement.
  • Work in conjunction with our Head Office to access and share valuable resources.
A degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing compensation and benefits programs.
  • Familiarity with global mobility is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to interpret complex data for informed decision-making.
  • Understanding of pertinent laws and regulations governing compensation, benefits, and global mobility.
  • Certification in compensation and benefits is preferred (e.g., training to enhance your existing skills and advance your career).
