This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled sous chef to oversee a modern British restaurant with accommodation available. You will collaborate closely with the consultant chef while managing your own kitchen and driving it towards success.
Your responsibilities will include preparing high-quality dishes using locally sourced ingredients, leading a dedicated team through busy service periods, and ensuring adherence to high culinary standards.
In this role, you will be tasked with training and inspiring your back-of-house team while maintaining exceptional standards throughout the establishment.
The venue features a brand-new kitchen capable of serving up to 150 guests during peak times, focusing on fresh, seasonal, and sustainable modern European cuisine.
This position is ideal for a sous chef with experience in a high-volume restaurant or a rosette-rated gastropub, possessing knowledge of back-of-house operations and a background in premium dining establishments.
