Senior Property Sales Consultant – Responsibilities:
- Scheduling property valuations with a focus on securing listings and making a positive first impression
- Delivering honest, reliable, and professional guidance to prospective sellers and buyers
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members
- Adhering to office policies and procedures
- Contributing to and being aware of key performance indicators and targets
- Creating marketing materials and launching properties to the market
