This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Assistant Kitchen Manager to oversee a modern British dining establishment with accommodation available. You will work closely with the consultant chef, receiving guidance while managing your own kitchen operations.

Your responsibilities will include preparing high-quality dishes using locally sourced ingredients, leading a team of culinary staff during service, and ensuring adherence to high standards as set by senior management.

This position is ideal for an Assistant Kitchen Manager with experience in a high-volume restaurant or rosette-rated gastropub, along with a solid understanding of back-of-house operations and administration.
