**New Job - HR Advisor (Permanent)**

Are you looking for a new opportunity to join a fabulous HR team and have experience working in the manufacturing industry? This role is working for a large global manufacturing organisation with offices based in the UK. It is a generalist role reinforcing HR within the line of managers as well as providing commercially/market coaching and HR business partnering to the site management team.

The role will provide a comprehensive HR partnering service to the business working on key HR, business and Group projects. You will work in collaboration with the HR Administrator to ensure all transactional elements of HR are managed in a timely, accurate and consistent manner. Responsibilities will include,
- Respond to a wide range of internal enquiries, relating to HR issues, in a professional manner, ensuring that internal stakeholders receive timely, accurate and valuable advice.
- Taking responsibility for supporting and advising line managers on all employee relations matters including coaching and mentoring
- Proactive management of complex employee relations issues in line with policies & procedures
- Using people metrics, proactively identify areas for development and improvement
- Using experience, skills and knowledge of the HR industry to make an impact in key areas such as change management, organisational design, employee engagement, retention and talent development and succession planning
- Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders
- Support the HR Manager with pay review and bonus processes, taking the lead on the administrative aspects of these.
- Undertake and support HR projects within the business including employee engagement, internal communications, training and development, business development, organisational development and change management

**About You**

You should be a confident, proactive and self motivating professional able to work under pressure and to deadlines. Ideally have level 3 CIPD in HR Management and experience working in an operational HR role providing business partnering advise and guidance on UK employment law and HR issues. Thorough experience of resolving complex casework problems is a must and ability to manage sensitive information confidentially is paramount. You will be required to travel nationally between UK sites when necessary.
