**HR Advisor**

**Kidlington, Oxford / Hybrid (4 days per week in office)**

**£35,000 - £45,000 + 12% bonus**

**Some of what you will be doing**:
HR Advisory:

- Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on a range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement HR programmes that promote employee engagement, development, and retention.

Business Partnership:

- Build strong relationships with business leaders and managers to understand their objectives, challenges, and workforce needs.
- Act as a strategic partner by aligning HR initiatives with business goals, contributing to strategic planning, and recommending solutions that enhance organisational performance.
- Participate in business meetings and discussions to provide HR insights and contribute to decision-making processes.
- Proactively identify areas where HR can add value and provide solutions that align with the company's growth strategy.

- Kidlington: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CIPD (preferred)
