Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Inchcape Retail - Part of Group 1 Automotive. As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for all customer communication while their vehicle is undergoing maintenance and repair in our Retail Centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Work closely with our technicians to ensure that vehicles are repaired and maintained to the highest standards.
- Manage customer expectations and provide regular updates on the status of their vehicle.
- Contribute to the development of our customer service strategy and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.
