About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Côte. As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
  • Lead a team of chefs to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food presentation.
  • Develop and maintain a motivated and safe working environment for all kitchen staff.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and General Manager to ensure kitchen efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
