Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and exceeding expectations.
  • Manage transactions with precision and efficiency, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.

Sales

  • Meet or exceed personal and store sales targets, driving revenue growth and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

Store Image and Operations

  • Maintain a high standard of store appearance, adhering to our brand image and visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Ensure stock levels are maintained, minimizing stock loss and optimizing inventory management.
  • Replenish stock in a timely manner, ensuring availability and minimizing stockouts.

Professional Behavior

  • Adhere to our company's dress code and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions, sharing ideas and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, including line management.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for all.

Store Management

  • Open and close the store as required, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including reporting and record-keeping.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Training or certification in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English, level C1.
