About the Role
You will support Service Managers in their respective areas by advising on strategy, policy, and the future direction of services, ensuring effective feedback is integrated into service delivery.
About You
You will lead multi-agency planning for children, demonstrating the ability to uphold excellent practice standards within the legal framework to achieve optimal outcomes for families. Responsibilities include allocating team workloads, providing case management, and supervising practice approaches that effectively identify risk and need.
