Position Overview

The Customer Success Associate Manager serves as a key advocate for our clients, managing a diverse portfolio to ensure they achieve their desired business results. You will leverage ServiceNow's innovative solutions and best practices to enhance customer engagement and product utilization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer engagement outcomes for your assigned portfolio, gaining a deep understanding of each client's unique needs and challenges.
  • Ensure clients maintain technical health and are utilizing the latest version of our products.
  • Utilize Artificial Intelligence tools within the Impact Digital Experience to identify opportunities for customer assistance.
  • Promote and share ServiceNow's success stories and methodologies.
  • Maximize the value customers derive from their ServiceNow investments and ensure optimal use of their licenses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive product adoption and expand service utilization.
  • Quickly resolve any escalated client issues by leveraging resources across the organization.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related business support roles.
  • The ability to deliver independent and comprehensive services.
  • Strong analytical skills for effective issue resolution.
  • Experience in collaborative working environments.
  • ServiceNow certifications or accreditations are advantageous.
  • A willingness to work in-office a few times a week.
