About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Assistant Manager to join our expanding group of Urban Pubs and Bars. As Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager in all aspects of running the venue as if it were your own business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Train, nurture, and develop your team to maintain incredibly high standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year's experience as a manager in a similar industry.
  • Strong commercial understanding and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
