Store Manager Opportunity
Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment is seeking a Store Manager to lead our client's retail store in Inverurie. We are looking for a commercial, customer-centric retail manager who can develop a team to drive customer service at all times.
To be successful in this role, you will be a hands-on, shop floor-based retail manager who is commercial and result-driven, with a passion for coaching and developing teams, combined with a passion for delivering world-class customer service. You will be responsible for managing and controlling budgets and driving sales to ensure that high levels of performance are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive customer service standards in the store.
- Increase retail sales in the store and ensure site profitability.
- Train, coach, and develop your team.
- Maintain company and brand standards, as well as adhere to H&S guidelines.
- Achieve store and company KPIs.
- Protect profits and manage stock.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends, including competitor analysis.
Requirements:
- Retail experience at either Supervisor, Concession Manager, or Assistant Manager level.
- Working within a fashion or accessory environment.
- Managing KPIs and budgets to improve store performance.
- Track record of driving sales and performance.
This Store Manager role is the ideal next challenge for someone with experience of managing a team and driving results in a retail environment. We will consider applications from ambitious candidates who want to step up to become a Store Manager, or candidates who are already in a Store Manager role, and looking to join a brand with plans to continue expanding in the market
In return for your hard work, you will receive a salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience, plus a great rewards package.
