Store Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Vision Express. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues across the store team, including Eye Care Professionals, Optical Assistants, and Management.
  • Provide training and coaching to colleagues to ensure they are working to the best of their ability and towards our mission to help customers 'See More and Be More'.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.
  • Recruit and manage a team of colleagues to support the store's operations.
